Refund policy

At No Pet Policy, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we only accept returns in specific cases.

We accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit. We do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or style preference.

✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The product is misprinted

  • The wrong item, size, or color was sent

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The package is lost in transit

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Color or style preference after purchase

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or misprinted)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

📦 Process

If your item qualifies for replacement or refund, we will handle the issue with our printing partner and ensure you receive a new product or a refund at no extra cost.

To start a return, please contact us at info@nopetpolicy.com with your order number and photos of the product issue.
⚠️ Do not return the item to the address on the package. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and then place a new order for the correct item.

💵 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
